The host company is a logistics, freight forwarder, 3PL, and supply chain management company. Since its inception in the year of 2010, it has developed into a multi-role domestic and international freight forwarding company.

• Logistics Service
• Project Shipment
• Warehousing and Distribution
• Distribution of hotel amenities
• Fresh-cut flowers and vegetables are exported as per customers' requirements.

Role and responsibilities:

• Assist with processing invoices, preparing payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and analyze bank statements, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Update and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Other tasks as assigned by the accounting team.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Business Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel
• Fluent in English in speaking and writing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Works carefully and is detail-oriented
• Application documents must be in English

Internship period: 1–12 months (flexible start and end dates).
