Business Development Intern

Role and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on inbound and outbound campaigns
- Organize and manage lead databases from marketing efforts
- Conduct research to identify and compile potential client contacts
- Support the Business Development Representative via cold calls, emails, and social strategies
- Assist in scheduling meetings with potential clients
- Document client requirements and needs
- Track and update CRM systems and sales activities
- Prepare reports on sales performance and contracts
- Gain exposure to B2B operations and professional services in the IT industry
- Interact with clients to meet requirements for license renewals and related services
- Collaborate with domestic and international vendors
- Propose improvements for Sales SOPs and processes

Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work independently with a collaborative mindset
- Results-oriented with strong time management
- Comfort with managing shifting priorities and rapid changes

- All internships are consultative. This means that both you and your supervisor will need to be proactive in discussing the details of the role, setting targets, and regular check-ins, both prior to arrival and during your internship.
- Internship period: 1–12 months (flexible start and end dates).
