Role and responsibilities:

• Assisting in the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of projects in the fields of Tourism, Travel, and M.I.C.E (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions).
• Participating in the coordination and logistical support of large-scale entertainment events such as fashion shows and concerts.
• Searching for and working with vendors, strategic partners, and KOLs/KOCs.
• Collaborating with the Account and Creative teams to ensure the quality and timely execution of events.

Requirements:

• Students majoring in Marketing, Event Management, Tourism, or related fields.
• Dynamic, outgoing, with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Able to handle high work pressure and flexible hours depending on events.
