This is a hands-on role in a startup-style environment where you’ll gain exposure to real projects, contribute directly to client outcomes, and learn from experienced consultants. Strong performers will receive priority consideration for full-time opportunities.

Role and responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and follow-ups (documentation, deadlines, deliverables, etc)
• Assist with document preparation, translation (English ↔ Vietnamese), and scheduling
• Keep CRM and client records up to date
• Your Mindset:  You value efficiency and clear communication. You find value in fast client response, and even more from your own response. You want smoother documentation flow and clearer tracking of client information, and you are solutions-oriented.

Requirements:

•  Undergraduate or recent graduate in business, marketing, communications, economics, or related fields
• Strong written and spoken English. Chinese, or any other language, is a plus
• Clear communication and a structured thought process 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn
• Experience and ease with using AI tools
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
