Role and responsibilities:
At The Company, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are essential for ensuring our teams function efficiently and consistently. As an HR Operations Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving these processes.
Approximately 60% of your time will be on SOP-related tasks. You’ll work with various departments to format, organize, and maintain SOP documents, ensuring they are consistent and accessible across the organization.
The remaining 40% is an exciting opportunity to explore other areas of HR based on your interests. Whether it's recruitment, employee engagement, L&D, or intern management, we encourage you to take initiative, step out of your comfort zone, and expand your skill set.

Role and responsibilities:
SOP Documentation (60%)
- Collaborate with teams across the company to produce, manage, and update SOPs according to the company’s standards and guidelines
- Organize and maintain the SOP database for easy accessibility
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify processes and document requirements
Explore Other HR Functions (40%)
Based on your interests and availability, you may opt to:
- Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives
- Assist with intern onboarding programs and activities
- Help run employee engagement events and internal campaigns
- Contribute to learning & development projects
- Conduct HR research and support internal communication
