Role and responsibilities:

  • Support to develop, write, and deploy mass email campaigns to promote service offerings, events, and publications. Ensure consistent branding, clear messaging, and alignment with overall communication objectives.
  • Build and segment email lists, set up automation workflows (e.g., cold emails, event reminders, follow-ups), and maintain database hygiene to improve deliverability and targeting accuracy.
  • Track key metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and unsubscribe rate. Conduct A/B testing (subject lines, content, timing) and propose actionable improvements based on insights.
  • Support cross-channel campaign integration by aligning email activities with social media, website content, and partnership communications.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, followers’ growth, CTR, etc.) to evaluate effectiveness and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Support to execute comprehensive marketing and communication plans.
  • Design marketing collateral (brochures, infographics, short videos) using basic design tools.
  • Coordinate event marketing planning with the business roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business Management or related field preferred.
  • Proficient with the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Basic design skills (Able to use Canva).
  • Interest in Sustainable Development. 

Software and Package skills: 

  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
  • Good at online research and resourceful in finding relevant information
  • Design application knowledge is a plus (Photoshop, Canvas, Video maker tools…)

Preferred skills: 

  • Proactive and Autonomy.
  • Natural drive to learn and innovate.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven, strong in problem-solving skills.
