Role and responsibilities:

1. R&D (Market Research, CRM, Ads)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research on Vietnam tourism trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies
  • Support CRM data organization and analyze customer insights to improve marketing performance
  • Support the optimization of digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Identify new opportunities to promote Vietnam travel experiences to international markets

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets and data tools is a plus
  • Interest in tourism, travel trends, and destination marketing

2. Sales Call

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential partners or customers to introduce Vietnam travel services
  • Support lead qualification and update CRM with call results
  • Assist the sales team in follow-up communication and scheduling meetings
  • Provide information about Vietnam travel experiences and company offerings
  • Gather feedback from clients to support marketing and service improvement

Requirements:

  • Confident voice and professional phone manner
  • Interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Organized and responsible for follow-up tasks
  • Interest in tourism and customer engagement

3. Video Content

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and producing short videos promoting Vietnam destinations
  • Edit travel footage for social media platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Research trending travel video formats and apply them creatively
  • Assist in building video content calendars focused on Vietnam tourism

Requirements:

  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools)
  • Creative mindset and interest in travel storytelling
  • Understanding of social media trends is a plus
  • Passion for Vietnam culture, destinations, and experiences

 

4. Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing materials promoting Vietnam travel (social posts, banners, brochures)
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms
  • Create engaging visuals highlighting Vietnam destinations and experiences

Requirements:

  • Basic skills in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
  • Good sense of layout, typography, and color
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Interest in travel and tourism branding

5. Email Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating email campaigns promoting Vietnam travel services
  • Write and format email content for different customer segments
  • Support database segmentation and email list management
  • Research best practices for travel email marketing

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (Brevo, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to follow brand tone and communication guidelines
  • Interest in tourism marketing and customer communication
