Role and responsibilities:

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for managing daily HR operations, supporting the creation of a professional work environment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

 

  • Administration: complete monthly & quarterly Admin report, such as: Meal report, First Aid report, DNA & iLight award report, Headcount report, Turnover report, Locker report, and other reports as assigned.
  • Filing & record management: responsible for the proper maintenance of all employees’ files, maintaining and upkeeping all leave records of all employees to ensure that all leaves are promptly cleared.
  • Payroll: extract & process employees' fingerprint data, prepare monthly payroll, calculate salary, export salary report.
  • Labor contracts: Responsible for preparing, managing, renewing, and terminating labor contracts. ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Funeral, hospitalization, special meal, group insurance, and employee’s award.
  • Process mandatory social insurance procedures for employees, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Personal Income Tax: register tax codes for employees and dependents, enter data into summary tables, and perform annual tax finalization.
  • iGrow system: create positions, insert & delete employees’ data, export reports, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Recruitment: receive staff requisitions from departments, post jobs on different platforms, save & screen CVs, interview, and prepare documents for new employees.
  • Employee engagement activities: plan & organize employee activities, prepare logistics, process payments, and design posters for activities.
  • Support the preparation of training sessions.
  • Read, understand, and regularly get updated on the labor law, social insurance, income tax, and other government decrees about employment.
  • To report any feedback or complaint from an employee.
  • Support the management & organization of the staff house.
  • Perform all other assignments as directed by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Hospitality and Tourism Management or Human Resource Management.
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to organize and coordinate in a systematic manner

  • Internship opportunities are available across our properties in Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Nha Trang, Ha Long, Hai Phong, and Hanoi.
  • Internship period: 1–12 months (flexible start and end dates).
