Role and responsibilities:

The Marketing Executive Intern works on the execution of the property’s marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue performance. Working under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, this role focuses on content execution, digital campaigns, and coordination of marketing activities to ensure brand consistency and effective promotion across all channels.

 1. Digital Marketing & Content Execution

  • Manage and update the property’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with engaging, on-brand content.
  • Support the planning and execution of paid digital campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives and under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
  • Monitor campaign and content performance (engagement, reach, ROI) and prepare regular reports.

2. Branding & Content Development

  • Assist in the development of marketing collaterals, including flyers, banners, videos, and EDMs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels.

3. Website & Online Presence

  • Support updates to the property website and ensure all online listings are accurate and up to date.
  • Optimize the property’s presence across OTAs and review platforms to enhance visibility and reputation.

4. Campaign & Event Coordination

  • Assist in organizing photoshoots, influencer and media visits, and on-property events.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, press activities, and community engagement initiatives.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to promote room packages, seasonal offerings, and special events.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of marketing initiatives across departments.

6. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain marketing calendars, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager or Management.

Requirements:

  • Well-versed in the use of computers such as PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Confident, possesses strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
  • Experience in advertising, copywriting, content creation, public relations, brand marketing, proofreading, and editing
  • Interpersonal Skills, strong verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry.

  • Internship opportunities are available across our properties in Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Nha Trang, Ha Long, Hai Phong, and Hanoi.
  • Internship period: 1–12 months (flexible start and end dates).
