This is a hands-on role in a startup-style environment where you’ll gain exposure to real projects, contribute directly to client outcomes, and learn from experienced consultants. Strong performers will receive priority consideration for full-time opportunities.

Role and responsibilities:

• Assist in creating content (social media, blogs, newsletters, presentations)
• Conduct market research and competitor tracking for new service lines
• Support brand presence across digital platforms
• Your Mindset: You are ready to create consistent content output, sharper branding, and better use of marketing data to support business development. Your writing and communications skills are essential for success. 

Requirements:

•  Undergraduate or recent graduate in business, marketing, communications, economics, or related fields
• Strong written and spoken English. Chinese, or any other language, is a plus
• Clear communication and a structured thought process 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn
• Experience and ease with using AI tools
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
