ABOUT THE ROLE
The company distributes premium and ultra-luxury imported spirits across Vietnam. This internship offers a unique dual exposure: you'll gain hands-on experience in both the spirits distribution industry and full-service marketing agency work.
As part of our team, you'll work closely with our in-house marketing department, a comprehensive marketing agency that helps foreign brands and companies expand their businesses in Vietnam. This role provides rare insight into luxury brand marketing, import operations, and client relationship management across multiple sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing & Campaign Management
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for premium spirits brands
- Assist with online and offline marketing activities, including VIP events, masterclasses, and brand activations
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
2. Client & Account Management
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing comprehensive
documentation and support - Assist account teams in managing relationships for both company brands and the agency's external clients
- Research clients' industries, competitors, and target audiences to inform strategic recommendations
- Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client partnerships
3. Operations Exposure
- Gain practical experience in alcohol beverage distribution operations in Vietnam
- Learn about import logistics, regulatory compliance, and premium brand positioning
- Support the operations team in day-to-day activities as needed
4. Business Development Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for new business opportunities
- Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for internal teams
- Contribute to the growth of both the company and the agency client portfolios
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools is advantageous
- Interest in luxury brands, hospitality, or the beverage industry is a plus
