We are seeking a motivated and analytical Project Automation Intern to support the team deployment new project management tool as well as transforming data into meaningful insights that support decision-making, risk analysis, and project outcomes. The role involves working with structured and unstructured data, performing analysis, and supporting reporting initiatives across ongoing projects within the department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or fresh graduate who is interested in project automation, data analysis, business intelligence, and data-driven problem-solving in a real-world corporate environment.

Role and responsibilities:

1. Support the deployment of a new project management tool

  • Understand the project automation tool and support team on deployment
  • Support team on process/ document/ new feature of the tool
  • Documentation and user guide of this tool

2. Building data/ migration/dashboard of project management

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to support ongoing projects.
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Support the team in building reports, dashboards, and data summaries for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with numbers, datasets, and logical reasoning.
  • Comfortable documenting insights and clearly explaining findings.
  • Team player with good communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Familiarity with basic SQL or data querying concepts.
  • Coursework or projects in data analysis, statistics, information systems, computer science, or business analytics.

Please note:  

  • Internship allowance is not available, but you will have a meaningful internship here!
  • All internships are consultative. This means that both you and your supervisor will need to be proactive in discussing the details of the role, setting targets, and regular check-ins, both prior to arrival and during your internship.
  • Internship period: 1–12 months (flexible start and end dates).
