About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources. As a Recruitment Intern, you will assist with various aspects of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. You will work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
 

Responsibilities 

You don't mind performing tasks that require attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and status updates.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in employer branding initiatives, including creating content for social media and the company’s career page.

 

Minimum Intern Requirements

  • An infinitely curious and open-mind
  • A passion to learn and grow
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A highly adaptable team player with a detailed-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
