Role and responsibilities:
- Exposure to further understanding of how B2B businesses provide professional services to clients.
- Have lots of opportunities to interact with clients to ensure the company representatives will meet their requirements in terms of license key, software & related services renewal, etc.
- Not only work with clients but with multiple vendors/ suppliers from domestic to overseas as well.
- Deal with vendors to be sure our orders are processed within the timeline we have planned. Your communication and negotiation skills in business will be improved.
- Utilize your business knowledge and logical thinking in assisting senior Sales Operations members to prepare contracts, quotations, and other documents related to the sales operation cycle, which helps you master documentation skills. Dealing with paperwork, you will learn what a real business contractual procedure is, how to effectively manage legal documents between clients and our own company, how to make bidding documents outstanding, what to be prepared for a bidding, etc.
- Build and propose new ideas for Sales SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and processes, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned with those SOP and processes. This helps you thoroughly understand the Sales roles and responsibilities in B2B business, and also contribute your new, fresh ideas to improve the current process & cover the pain points.

Requirements:
- Good at MS Office, esp. Word and PowerPoint
- Good communication - in English, both verbal and written
- CAN-DO attitude: proactive, energetic & willing to engage & ask to know & learn
- Independent at work, but with a team spirit
- Result-oriented
- Stick to deadlines
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change

- Internship allowance is not available, but you will have a meaningful internship here!
- All internships are consultative. This means that both you and your supervisor will need to be proactive in discussing the details of the role, setting targets, and regular check-ins, both prior to arrival and during your internship.
- Internship period: 1–12 months (flexible start and end dates).
