Role:

• Contact B2B partner: Assist the sales team in follow-up communication with partners
• Complete and update clients' profiles on CRM software
• Market Research for targeted markets
• Design tour packages or itinerary planning
• Create customers’ feedback form: B2B & B2C
• Give critical reviews and contribute to the improvement of the company’s website
• Time commitment: Full-time during the summer is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide information about Vietnam travel experiences and company offerings
• Contact potential partners or customers to introduce Vietnam travel services
• Support lead qualification and update CRM with call results
• Assist the sales team in follow-up communication

Skills and Qualities Required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Working experience at an English language center/, English club, or other Call Center will be a
• competitive advantage.
• Good teamwork and responsible
• Good skills in office software (Word, Excel, and others)
• Outgoing and confident personality
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Knowledge of international destinations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
