Job Summary: 

They are seeking a talented UI/UX Design Intern to join our team on a 3- month internship basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces and experiences for our E2W platform. This role requires a creative individual with a strong eye for design, a passion for user-centered design, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our E2W platform, including mobile and web applications.
• UX Design: Develop intuitive and seamless user experiences that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Design Systems: Maintain and update design systems, ensuring consistency across the platform.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the tech or mobility sector.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and case studies.
• Education: Degree in or currently studying Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
