Found in 2013, Fulfilled is an all-in-one solution for boutique gyms and independent coaches to run their
business effectively. Fulfilled brings innovation to the fitness industry, by digitizing a coach's existing program into a mobile application that seamlessly manages clients, schedules classes, and empowers trainers to provide an unparalleled customer experience.

Since then, Fulfilled has enabled the traditional coaching business to transform to the next level where helping 1,000 clients achieve their health and fitness is no longer out of hand.

Playing In The Big Leagues

Fulfilled knows how important an engineering-focused culture is for the company, as their line of service depends entirely on the application performance for managing client tasks. While its mobile app continues to grow and gain major success in the fitness community, Fulfilled also seeks to expand its own tech team for the long term goal.

After carefully analyzing different approaches and strategies, the team concluded that building up their own offshore tech team in Vietnam is the optimal solution as the country is well-known for its stable business environment, and packed with affordable but quality IT talents.

In 2018, Fulfilled partnered with Talent JDI to build their development team in Vietnam, and incubate them in JDI’s office. Talent JDI also helped them understand the local culture, the intricacies of working with Vietnamese developers and took care of all the legal requirements to grow one.

A Bright Future With No Limit

Cost-wise, the partnership with Talent JDI is a clear win for Fulfilled, as the company was able to save up to S$200,000 in recruitment and operation yearly, compared to scaling their tech capabilities onshore in Singapore. But more importantly, Fulfilled was able to improve its performance due to the newly added offshore team. The use of shared talent from Talent JDI also has the potential to positively impact their customer’s experience through UX/UI.
