Frank founded Talent JDI after seeing firsthand how difficult it was for Singapore and Australian companies to hire quality tech talent in Vietnam — not because the talent wasn't there, but because the hiring process was complex, slow, and full of compliance risk.
He built Talent JDI to remove that friction: a team that understands both the local market and the expectations of global employers, with the legal and HR infrastructure to make remote hiring seamless.
