Our Candidate Portal is built around a curated pool of pre-screened tech professionals from Talent JDI’s network. You can browse available profiles, filter or shortlist candidates based on Roles or Skills, and proceed to hire through Talent JDI.
To protect candidate privacy, direct contact isn’t enabled. Simply click Request The Full Portfolio or reach out to our team, and we’ll coordinate the next steps for you.
Once you’ve received the candidate profiles (and confirmed their availability), Talent JDI takes care of everything that follows. Our end-to-end process includes consultation, interview coordination, salary negotiation, onboarding, compliance management, work setup, and ongoing HR support.
All you need to do is share your requirements and enjoy the result.
All profiles are collected and verified by our recruitment team through our internal network, referrals, and direct outreach (with the candidates’ consent).
We update the portal on a weekly to monthly basis to ensure all profiles reflect current availability and market conditions.
